2 Year Toy Protection Plan ($40-$49.99) - Allstate

I never recived my email for this plan and it is not in my allstate protection plan account. I purchased this in store at the san luis obispo location. I recived the one from on line purchase but not one from my in store purchase. I will be going return. it has been more then 3 days still no email.

I purchased a turtle sandbox for my grandchildren How do I get the warranty info to see what is covered and what isn’t

I have returned the original product due to faulty / missing parts within 2-3 day of purchase. How to I cancel square trade insurance taken for the product. I don't get option to cancel it online. I purchased production and plan both online.

I DID NOT WANT THIS, I HATE THAT IT AUTOMATICALLY POPS UP AND YOU HAVE TO UN- CLICK IT. NOW I SEE NO OPTION TO CANCEL IT?

I returned the product as it was not what my daughter-in-law wanted for my grand daughter. But I did not get a refund for my $5 insurance purchased on item refunded. It was returned within one day of delivery

Was a gift and the baby loves it.

I have used this before and had complete satisfaction with their guarantee. I have not had to use it with this item so the need to have refund for this is not relevant. I did have a tablet I bought for my older grandson replace by this warranty company before with no issues.

Love the fact that the item is covered but having it transmitted via email is not optimal. Paper copies, even though some believe that old-fashioned, are more easily kept track of especially if the item is a gift and the plan has to be handed off to someone else. Providing both would be a better option. This is the reason I gave it only 3 stars because the plan itself is fine.

If you can give zero stars, I am! This was literally added to my cart without my even knowing it, and when I figured it out later, Target refused to credit my account. They said "I must have clicked on it during checkout." Never even knew they had a protection plan for plastic toys, and certainly didn't knowingly click on anything of the sort. Ridiculous.

I did not ask for this but it must have gotten added to my order in error.

This was added to my cart without my knowledge. I called immediately and was told it would be removed and credited. Nope. Sneaky.

I'm not sure there's much to review; it's a warranty. I printed out only the pages relative to the toy I purchased to give to the recipient of the toy. My grandkids are hard on toys so for $5 I figured why not.

Did not like that you have to print it out . Would like it sent to me hard copy ,so I can give it with gift.

Too many restrictions not even worth the time to read all the requirement much less the retrictions
