They use to have more filling and they were a bit bigger. My toddler is 4 and so i have been purchasing these for her since she was maybe 2 1/2 yrs old.
I think it's safe for small children.

My son loves these snacks for their flavor and texture, which is soft with a fruit-flavored liquid center, and what I love is that they don't contain much sugar and few ingredients, which makes them cleaner.

Fruit bar is great for on the go snacking, texture reminds me of the Mexican brand of “Barritas” not hard at all soft on outside and jammy on inside. Only 5g of sugar!
