These candle holders are a perfect match for an antique cherrywood, rice bed I own. The carvings match the posters of the bed.

These candlesticks are non-glossy as other reviewers said; however, after we used teak oil in them, they had a nice sheen. Otherwise they were the size I wanted and were made well!

Like other purchasers have mentioned, the candle holders do not have the high gloss finish like in the picture. The color is a dark brown almost black color and very matte looking. They also arrived with a strange yellow dust coating that I had to wipe off with a damp cloth. Other than that they look perfect for our high shelf in the living room. The price is also very good for a set of three. I have priced similar candle pillars in several different stores and second hand shops and most were asking $20.00 or more for just one candle holder.

I do like these candle holders. They are sturdy and quite heavy, the shipping weight was 6.5 pounds. The color of the holders in the pictures is very close to the item, but I will warn that the finish is nowhere close. The holders are NOT at all glossy as they appear in the pictures as shown on the website. I have included a few pictures that I believe will show you the finish as it will appear when you receive the item. That being said I must say I am happy with this item and do recommend them. They looked a little better after using wood polish on them but if you need a higher gloss item to match your decor please see the pictures I have posted. Otherwise, these candlesticks look very nice when you display them. I would also recommend finding multi-colored textured candles like the ones shown in the ad, that color pattern really adds some pop to how they look when being displayed.

I like these, but be aware that they are not as pictured. I thought I was getting brown with a glossy finish, when in actuality, they are as close to black as you can get without being actually black, and they have a matte finish. Or at least mine did. I liked them well enough that I kept them, and they aren't BAD. Just would have rather them have been the glossy brown that the photo depicts them to be.

I ordered 2 sets but one set had a scrape on one candlestick and each set had crooked candle sticks

This item did not ship from Target butvfrom an “authorized shipper”. I took one candlestick out of the box and immediately repacked it for return. The candlesticks were poorly crafted, the finish was and scratched and there was a 1/8 inch gap between the candle holder and the base. I would not recommend this product.

Great candleholders! Felt like I had purchased them in India myself. They were wrapped nicely with a pretty hang tag. The holders are sturdy and good quality. They look striking on my fireplace mantel due to their height. I priced trios at other stores and these were the best price at the best quality.

Love these. They are well made, look great with flameless candles. Makes a bold statement due to style and size.

I saw these candle holders on another site, but the price was better here and when I received them they were packaged really well and they look great next to my fireplace! I love them and everyone who see's them says how beautiful they are! I'm very happy with my purchase.
