For years, similar waffles have been sold on street corners throughout Europe and eaten by professional cyclists, so we decided to create our own by sandwiching honey between two thin waffle wafers. Honey Stinger Gluten Free Organic Waffles are the first product of their kind that's certified gluten free and available in a single-serving wrapper.

    Okay, why did no one warn me that these things are dangerously good?! The Honey Stinger Salted Caramel Waffle tastes like dessert disguised as an energy snack. It’s soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet with that little salty kick that keeps you coming back for “just one more.” It’s gluten-free but tastes like it shouldn’t be — that good.     This flavor is my favorite of the waffles. I've been using these as fuel during runs, but have also incorporated these as a pre-run carb as well! They taste amazing, the portion size is perfect, and they don't upset my stomach like some gels do. Definitely recommend giving these a try!

    Great snack for any runner or athlete

    As a runner I enjoy eating these before my morning runs when I don’t want to eat something heavy. As a cross country coach I give these to my runners a a quick snack to keep them going. My toddler loves these as well. They can be messy if they get crusher or crumbly. The flavor is but not too sweet with just enough salt.

    Big Trips Pack the best, health nut

    Took these waffles to Alaska this year. My wife enjoyed them and they're lightweight to pack up long hikes. Its a snack but it feels like a dessert. Sure would even be better to have them for the kids. I recommended picking up the variety pack and there were lots of oporunrtiy.I look forward to more opportunities with these waffles in the pack

    Unmatched Energy Levels

    I always have a Cookies and Cream Energy Waffle before my runs. Since making this a part of my nutritional routine, I have noticed that I feel significantly more energized during and after my runs.
