    My absolute favorite

    I recently started a diet & I ordered these as I always do when I’m trying to lose weight. I’m happy to say I’m down 11 lbs, partly from these shakes, partly from eating better & partly from exercising. I have always loved these as a meal replacement but also for the vitamins. For some reason slimfast shakes also help with my skin. Being in peri menopause I started to break out occasionally again & for whatever reason these shakes help with that. I have always loved the taste & I’ve decided that even when I reach my goal weight I’m just going to continue drinking these. Between the vitamins, my skin & the taste I just don’t want to give them up.
