Small Cubby Sizes
The quality is low - but I think that’s expected at this price point. I can’t get past the poor sizing of the cubbies. Many of our hardback children’s books do not fit standing in the cube. I had to lay them on the side which will not work for my kid to access them without making a mess. Great idea, poor execution. Taking this back. The search continues. Also the styrofoam packaging was horrible.

No good as child's bookshelf
Most importantly, the shelves are VERY SHORT (not tall enough to accommodate a standard size book, let alone large illustrated children’s books). The material quality is suspect, thin poorly adhered paint. It does seem sturdy once assembled. Pilot holes slightly too small, directions for assembling are vague and meant I had to redo a couple of steps.

Don't forget the back panels
Somehow I missed inserting the back panels. I tried to disassemble but was unsuccessful. It worked fine without them. It’s exactly what I was looking for in a cubby! It fit perfectly in the space I needed.

I am happy with my purchase! I bought this for my daughter's nursery and was pleased with the quality for the price. I agree with the other reviewer and wish that the shelves were a few inches taller, but I just stacked the books horizontally instead of having them lined up vertically in two of the four cubbies. I like that she can put some of her toys in the bottom shelf too. I would recommend this product!

Purchased for a nursery. It seems well made and sturdy, and it fits most kid books well. Only wish the shelves were a bit taller for some of the larger ones. Looks just like the pictures and is a true white. Would buy again!
