Great luggage!

Just came back from my 28 hours international flights couple days ago and this luggage survived! Had 6 connecting flights total and this luggage is still going strong - no dents, no broken pieces, etc. It's also very roomy - zipper works great - no regret buying it at all :):)

Weak zippers

I used this back to travel once and the airline returned it in a black trash bag and the cheap zippers broke. This bag can hold up to 80lbs but could not support my 30 lbs in it

Not recommend it at all

If I could give it zero star, I would. This baggage is not sturdy. The body is too think and I bet it cannot be last more than a trip (if it could even last that!). These is also no lock on the baggage and you have to purchase a pad lock for it, really? We live in the stone age??

My son used this case one time for a short trip. It made it to the car and hotel fine, then back into the car ok, but when we got home and unloaded, a screw in the handle fell out allowing the retractable handle to come loose. Of course, the screw won't screw back in so the handle is useless. Called customer service for target.com and wasted 10 minutes in order to be told they couldn't do anything and I'd have to take it to the post office (?!?), apparently to mail it back to a target store but she didn't even seem too sure about that.
