Why sell it?

I don’t see why Target sells these because you can’t even get the code unless you call all these different people and give them your receipt code and all that. Front desk said it was due to fraud but I showed proof of my account ownership and receipt. Why sell it if you have to do so much stuff to even get the code? If I knew I had to do all that I would’ve just bought it from the GTA website.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH XBOX SERIES X|S

Please note that this item is NOT compatible with the Xbox Series X|S platform! I found out the hard way and now I am out $20. If you purchase this and attempt to redeem it on Xbox Series X|S platform, it will accept the code without giving any errors or notification. However, your account WILL NOT be credited!
