A: The rim of the SKLZ Pro Mini Hoop System is 14.5 inches in diameter, and a standard basketball has a diameter of approximately 9.5 inches. Yes, a standard sized basketball should fit in the net.

Need Replacement Rim
I got this at Christmas in 22 and it was all rusted by the end of the first summer. I got it back out this summer and it was usable, just really rusted. People dunked on it and since it was so rusted the rim has bent. I dont know why it has rusted because it was made for the pool, but I really want a replacement rim and they are never in stock.

We LOVE this Mini Hoop! Rim broke for us as well
This hoop is endless fun and gives gaggles of kids the best time in our yard. Fun for days! Only trouble is that the rim broke already. We bought it less than 9 months ago. Can you please give me information on how to fix it?

Great Idea Poor Quality
The hoop itself is nice. I love the fact you can change the height. That being said it's exactly how everyone else described it! It falls over seemingly no matter what I do, and the rim was so flimsy it SMASHED immediately after falling. It's too hard to pull back out fully and there is no replacement in the world that seems to fit the bolt design. It never was full sized anyways, and struggled to fit balls through, but it's basically trash now. Spending time trying to be creative with fixing ours, probably better to find a different product overall. If you buy it get sand/water for the base and add even more weights on top to prevent from falling. One fall and its over.

Rim broken
The unit is not stable and falls over every time it’s windy outside even when it’s leaning against the house. The rim is severely dented and I can’t find out how to buy a replacement.

Pool basketball
Perfect for pool basketball. Sturdy enough to handle hard play from young adults. This is our third set. They all inevitably rust out after 2-3 years from all the salt water. We keep replacing them because we really like the smaller balls for the pool.

Poolside rim WILL rust, bend and break
This is a known problem with this thing and Skilz does not sell a replacement rim. It looks super cool next to the pool but you won't get but a month or two out of the thing.

Good, not great..
I bought this hoop system 2 weeks ago. I was reading other reviews about needing two people to assemble but you can assemble it by yourself. Assembly took no longer than an hour. This hoop system is for my 4 year old and the good thing about it is the fact that you can adjust the size to accommodate for the child's height. The only issue I have is no matter how much you tighten the screws to hold the rim in place, the rim hangs down. Haven't had any issues with the rim breaking....yet

Great, but rim bent
I bought this a while ago and just now had my first problem. It seemed to be very well built and was awesome to use. The problem I ran into is that it had fallen over due to high winds and the rim had bent. I tried to find replacement parts, but there was none. Please tell me if there is a possible way I can get a replacement rim. Thank you.
