Disliked --quality issue

This was my least favorite purchase this holiday season. Truly was very cheap looking and also felt very cheap. Was not a fan of this item. I did love the scalloped edges but it did not have a good quality.

Very cheap

I did not read the other reviews before purchasing, which was a mistake. This is really just a piece of felt that has been haphazardly cut. I could have done a much better job myself.

this is literally a thin piece of felt and they packaged it with so many tags their are holes throughout the entire thing. I got a refund for the product. what a disappointment

Terrible

I literally could have cut this piece of felt myself and done a better job of the scallops and making the edges clean. Even the circle in the middle is jagged and not cut evenly. Looks like a bad home project. I’m so confused how this was even sold at Target...

Cheap quality

This is literally a piece of felt in the shape of a circle. Definitely not worth $11. I was very disappointed when opening. The tag also leaves a huge hole in the center when removed.
