Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, moms if you’re debating car seats, let me just say the Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 is a must. We absolutely LOVE it! My baby falls asleep so quickly every time she’s in it. I’m talking knocked out in minutes, even on short drives. That’s how I know she’s super comfortable and feels secure. And honestly, that peace of mind is priceless. What I really appreciate is that it grows with her. I don’t have to worry about buying another seat in a year this one adjusts from rear-facing to forward-facing to a booster, so we’re covered for years. It feels sturdy, safe, and well-made, but it’s also not bulky like some of the others. It fits in our back seat without taking up our whole row, which is amazing. Also, it was really easy to install, and I love that it reclines and adjusts as she grows. The padding is super soft, and I love that she’s both protected and comfy. If you’re a new mom, or even just needing an upgrade, this seat checks all the boxes. Safety, comfort, practicality and it doesn’t take over your whole car. 10/10 recommend!

I wish I could get a return box and a refund for this seat, WARNING your baby’s head may slump and get stuck between the seat and actual head rest!! My seat is fitted on the proper recline graco recommends inserts removed as required and straps coming below the shoulders and my poor son was asleep and was SCREAMING when he woke up I looked back and his head was stuck between the head rest and the seat. Also you can’t change the recline level without uninstalling the seat which is very inconvenient. Will be uninstalling the seat and buying a different one although I’ve just bought this a couple weeks ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beware!!! Experienced Mom here, bought what I thought was the safest best fitting car seat. I’ve never used anything but Graco products for nearly 20 years. But I was very disappointed to find out that this model doesn’t allow the straps to be removed AT ALL for cleaning. Horrible purchase for us since our 2 year old has issue with motion sickness. Will definitely be looking for something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this caraway so much we have three, the slim design allows us to fit three in the back seat next to each other yet at the same time is big enough that our children are comfortable. They fall asleep without any difficulties in this car seat and stay comfortable which is nice in long road trips!

Purchased the Camelot version as a backup carseat for husband's pickup based on all the rave reviews. The most uncomfortable fabric, baby literally would not stop crying after we buckled him in. Rear facing install with the latch system was harder than it should have been, and the tether strap for forward facing just... Dangles. No place to hook it out of the way. Came in a box with barely any packaging (4 cardboard corner pieces) and that should have been my sign that this is a bargain carseat. Returned and bought another Chicco (which is my primary vehicle car seat). Bottom line: it will protect your child, but comfort and convenience wise--this was not a winner for us.

Nice car seat, comfortable. I like how it is adjustable and will grow with my child. The only downfall, everything is easily removable to clean EXCEPT the harness straps. The straps are made to store into the seat and you cannot remove these to clean. I unfortunately figured this out while we were on a long car trip. My child threw up while in the car seat and there is now a lingering smell of vomit emitting from the car seat because I could not remove the straps to clean the base of the straps very well. The little opening at the base of the seat, where the straps are locked into is also very difficult to clean out and traps the smell or dried liquid that may have spilled into that area. If you don't plan to allow your child to drink while in their car seat, or you are not worried if they accidentally vomit and it gets stuck in the crevices and not easy to get the smell out, then buy this car seat.

The only down side is the seat back doesn’t have a lot of ventilation so she does get a bit sweat on warm days but all in all a great seat. Very easy to setup and she seems very comfy in it!

Excellent to use in the city, not so great for long travels. Doesn’t recline enough.

My baby looks so comfortable in this car seat. He doesn’t cry at all. I like the fact that I just pull the top button and it accommodate to his height. The seat has a lot of cushion.
