Q: Is there mounting brackets for a steel 2" or 3" post?

  • A: Hi Lisa! Thank you for your inquiry into our Ag36 gate series kit. All our our Adjust-A-Gate kits are designed to work with at least a 4x4 wood post for proper install. Although there are aftermarket hinges that you can purchase that will interface with a steel post. We do not recommend any one hinge over another - but we have had customers offer up suggestions when they have called in.
