It’s not straight. I even ordered a second one and that’s not straight either! One came with a tag and the price was $3 cheaper on the tag than what I paid online as well. The second one didn’t even come with a tag. I will be returning both.

Really like the standing towel rack. However only giving 4 stars as the upper stationary arm was bent. This was a noted problem in the reviews I read. Arrived with large bobble wrap in box but little care as to wrapping it around the stand. I was able to bend into place but not a quality product.

Poor packing for shipment. Only buy in store.
Ordered 5 towel holders and they were just thrown loose in the box for shipment without any bubble wrap or individual packaging and the box wasn’t long enough. Every one of the came damaged/bent. They were placed in the box corner to corner. They are metal so the arms and base of each one damaged the box in several places and as a result the arms were bent because the box was smashed during the shipping process. One of the arms was snapped off. I don’t know why they were shipped like this. Totally unacceptable. I read several recent reviews for this item and this seems to be a trend. Buyer beware. Target, do better!!

whoever packed this product - total fail
The box was not damaged in any way but whoever packed this towel bar at Target, they crammed it into the box and bent the entire top! They really had to cram it down hard because there was plenty of packing material around it, but the person damaged it by shoving it into the packing paper so hard. Fortunately, I was able to bend it back straight.

Nice looking towel bar holder!
I couldn’t find a standard, matte black quality towel stand that had the classic circle ring shape. I went ahead and purchased this. I actually purchased three of them and they’ve worked out well. I have no complaints except for the packing of the product which I understand has nothing to do with the actual product. But seriously, who packs these items? I think my child could do a better job. Nothing was protected, and the three of them were just shoved on top of each other into the box. One ended up a little bent, but I was able to bend it back. The box was literally torn open from it being shoved in at an angle to make it fit.
