Monoprice Metal 1/4in (6.35mm) TRS Stereo Plug to 3.5mm TRS Stereo Jack Adapter, Gold Plated

I bought 3 of these stereo plugs for travel purposes. I often travel with small electric guitar amplifiers so I bought one of each travel amp. When I want to practice my electric guitar I just plug in my headphones to utilize the Cab Sims. The plug does an excellent job without any snaps, crackles or pops and at the usual Monoprice value price and optimum quality. Stay golden Monoprice

Works partially only hear out of one side and keeps popping out of my amp

Using RTS Headphones into this adapter. It is loose .. It Giggles in/out and makes noise... :(

It works fine. I feel like this kind of component either works or it doesn't. I'm not sure why I'd give it anything between 5 stars and 1 star.

It’s a pretty simple device, so not much to go wrong. It works, it looks good and it was only a buck. Hard to go wrong here. Buy one!

These adapters appear to be generally well constructed and are pleasing as far as aesthetics are concerned. That aside, the 3.5mm side of the adapter is utterly useless. Apparently its pins aren't bent outward enough - it just doesn't grab onto 3.5mm connectors at all. They slide in and out with no retention whatsoever, and an extremely poor connection results. I sincerely hope that Monoprice rectifies this sometime in the future.

Does what it's supposed to, and solid construction ensures it'll keep doing what it's supposed to do for a long time. Five stars.

Perfect to allow me to plug headphones with miniature jack into electric piano with 1/4 inch jack.

The 3.5mm input is very loose on most of my headphones. The connection is intermittent to the point of being next to useless. A shame because monoprice stuff is usually close to perfect. I think it needs tighter spring pins/clips internally.

When a headphone plug is inserted it is extremely loose. Comes right out with no force, you have to wiggle to get any connection. Ordered several, all defective. Save your money

I ordered two, and they were sloppy. They fit into the headphone port of my amp just fine, but the headphone plug flopped around inside. I used dental picks to pry the spring tabs toward the center, and they work fine. Not everyone has dental picks just lying around, though...

It looks like the picture. If you need to convert to 1/4 inch,this is the way to go.

well made but doesn't work-- not worth sending back-- Monoprice stuff is normally excellent- use in my Scarlett 2usb but. not full connection

Good quality adapter to enable connection of my 3.5mm stereo inputs into my older audio equipment. Gold plating is expected to provide a better connection. Great Price.
