  • Backwards Compatible: Using the same connector allows this cable to be compatible with previous DisplayPort versions, so there is no need to purchase special cables for legacy DisplayPort devices.
  • These cables can deliver up to 8.1Gbps of data to each of the four lanes.

With DisplayPort 1.4, you can connect your Displayport equipped ultra-high performance gaming PC or workstation to a high resolution monitor. This cable features support for High Bit Rate 3 (HBR3), Display Stream Compression 1.2 (DSC), Forward Error Correction, and up to 32 Inline Audio Channels. It is fully compatible with older DisplayPort standards and includes the standard DisplayPort connector locks, which helps prevent unwanted disconnects and provides long lasting connectivity.

Good Strong Cable

This cable is very strong. The only qualms I have is that the cable is too thick at the back and is hard to line flush with the wall.

Not Impressed

I bought this to replace another cable that was often getting a glitchy image. This one appears to function no differently than it. Image glitches up for a fraction of a second every once in a while. Is it my monitor? I hope not. HDMI doesn?t seem to do this, only DisplayPort.

Excellent quality cables at a good price. The shipping is horrible. It took 12 days to receive this item through USPS. It takes weeks for shipping every time I order something.

Always a great value with Monoprice

The cables worked perfectly. I needed 6 ft length cables because of where my PC is located in relation to my monitors. The picture is outstanding. I would have paid double the price (at least) elsewhere and the quality of the Monoprice brand matches what can be found at your major computer supply stores.

Surprising flexible cable!

High quality materials make this cable more flexible than I was hoping for despite it being the same thickness as my old hard plastic covered cable. It works well and fits where I needed it to.

A cable for magic lightning

I bought this cable to transport tiny electrons from my computer's graphics card to a comically huge monitor I bought from Monoprice. I can't prove it directly, but I believe it uses magic power lightning to cause my monitor to display images. The cord itself has a kind of nylon wrapping around it that feels very sturdy and classy. Definitely a good value.

Great DisplayPort cable

I bought this cable for my Dell S2719DGF which does not come with a DP cable. It works great, I'm running at 2560x1440 144Hz. No issues at all. I recently tried the 155Hz overclock on my monitor and it handles that too. Great cable, definitely recommend it. The braided texture feels strong and durable. I actually really like the design too, I prefer it to a solid black color cable.
