Outdoor speakers and sub.
I like the sound better than the rock speakers I had. Using it around a pool?blends in nice.

Great outdoor sound
This paired with satellite speakers sounds great in my backyard. Good sound at any spot in the back yard now and even in the pool with the water features running.

Worth it for the price.
Product came exactly as described. I would not say the sound is huge, but definitely carry?s low end in my outdoor patio. Not able to hear from 100ft away. Worth the purchase for the price.

Second Sub
Good bass sound. Bought the first one about a year ago. We have a very large backyard , needed a second sub. It was out stock for 3-4 months. Ordered a different sub from another mfg. ( was not the same quality). Finally monoprice had them back in stock. So I ordered the second sub. Took about 10 day to get, but we are very happy. Leon S.

Sub is dead after 3 days of use
Three days after all digging, wiring, burying, decorating with river rocks and flowers, the sub started rattling. I just left it there as it is too much work to take it out and send it back. I don't know, I may be do it. I bought two of these and still keep the other one in its box because I lost my taste in this product. Speakers are not that bad thou'. Get something else.

Booming sub!
This is an amazing subwoofer. Just make sure you dig it deep enough. Works best with a dedicated electronically filtered subwoofer amplifier.

So good I bought another one!
Hid one near the deep end of our pool that fills most of a pretty big back yard with a nice bottom end. You can feel it under water but is not harsh above. We decided to build a tiki bar on the opposite side of the yard 70' away and we needed good sound there, too. Now with both, we have great sound even at very low volume. When we really crank it, the windows shake and you can almost see a wave in the pool. No distortion, just good clean bass. We are running both on a 500W vintage Crown Amp. The other speakers have their own amp. We do not run the satellite speakers.

I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by this little sub. My only concern now is its durability and longevity. Let?s hope we get at least 5 to 6 good years out of it

Great value for the money
I would recommend this speaker even if it was twice as much. It delivers a decent amount of bass. I have a big backyard and I have two of these in the ground alone with 4 rock speakers from Paradigm. It fills the backyard nicely. I listen to primarily rock/classic rock and it sounds good. If you listen to a lot of rap I would recommend something a little more robust such as the subwoofers that James loudspeakers have, but this are going to cost you 2-4 times as much.

Sub and Sattelites
I picked up 4 satellites, a sub, and the 450 watt amp. Buying the stats separate from the sub was a few dollars cheaper. Sounds great, I could really piss the neighbors of if it is turned all the way up. There were a few odd things - 1 - all but 1 out of the 4 sats had Phillips screws, 1 was straight. 2 - The amp labeling was confusing for positive and negative. 2 labels contradicting each other. Since the sub has two channels running to it, you need to make sure polarity is correct, or they are working against each other. I wound up sticking the sub in my cinder block bbq island, it sounds great and I didn't have to dig a hole. Using this with an amazon echo.

Ridiculous amount of sound comes out of this 2.1
Ridiculous amount of sound comes out of this 2.1 in our back yard. It sounds so good I'm considering hanging a TV on the side of my garage for outside viewing pleasure ??

Great setup, get all 4 satellite speakers
You get a surprising amount of output from the subwoofer. So much so, than in a smaller patio setup, you'll have to turn the bass down on your equalizer. Get all 4 satellite speakers if you go with this. They aren't very expensive and going with 4 helps even out the sound around your patio and also helps them keep up with the subwoofer. Even though the speakers are weatherproof, I put planters over mine when not in use to keep them dry and hopefully live long lives. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Its sounds much better than the price would suggest.
