Yes it has an ingredients like alcohol denat.(sd alcohol 40-b), fragrance/parfum, water/eau/aqua. A scent containing "Alcohol Denat. (SD Alcohol 40-B)" is generally considered phthalate-free, as the standard denaturant used in SD Alcohol 40-B is Denatonium Benzoate and t-Butyl Alcohol, which are not phthalates.
