A: Hello Barbara, Thank you for your question. You can use anytime of time of day for a refresh or use in the shower. Just a pump or two is sufficient.

Q: If this is fragrance free, why is the last ingredient "naturally extracted fragrance"? Extracted from what? There are certain ingredients, natural or not, that I don't feel comfortable using down there. It would be good to know if this contains them.

A: Hi, this has the faintest herb scent out of the pump. None after applying to skin. I haven't experienced any irritation, and am on my 3rd bottle. For the record, I am somewhat sensitive and experienced irritation from another company's "down there" cleansing product (didn't purchase from Target).

Good wash, bad pump
The formula is gentle and it did not throw off my ph as some expressed. However, the pumps are terrible! I’ve had not than one where the pump stops working or incredibly difficult to use.

If you are sensitive, beware!
First time I used it was okay, didn’t really see a difference. Used for about a week and gave me a little irritation but enough for me to notice. If you have a sensitive downstairs do not use, try honey pot instead

Watcj out for allergic reaction
Stay away from this if you have sensitive skin or are prone to skin infections. My mom and I both took a trip to Target and wanted feminine wash so decided to go with the “natural” wash. We both broke out in an allergic reaction. Stick to the known. Also, with more research nowadays, gynecologists are suggesting to wash your lady area with distilled water! The v is self cleaning ladies.

do not recommend, If you are sensitive
I ordered the honey pot feminine wash (my go to) and got this instead. decided to keep it and try it. I love the pump! but that's it. unfortunately for me, I believe it was still to strong and messed with my pH. I ended up with horrible embarrassing odor. I get infections easily, so if you are like me. I do not recommend this.

Love it!
I've only used once so far (just purchased) I love how fresh I feel. I've used Summers Eve, Honeypot and now pHresh and I can say so far pHresh is my favorite, the unscented one. I would definitely recommend for people with sensitivity down below. I will edit my review after constant use, but so far I really like it.

great wash!
I have the rose scent too. The bottle is an air pump and needs to be pumped quite a few times to get the product to the top, but once its active no problems! Love the gentleness of these washes.

Misleading
This is not a foaming wash as it claims. I've used other feminine wash, when they said foaming, the soap came out in foaming form. This soap came out as gel and needs to add water to create foam. The pump is also awkward to press.

Not good
I purchased two bottles and when they arrived, one was leaked into the bag and neither of the pumps worked. I unscrewed the top and the consistency and color appeared off, it was a solidified brown substance and just didn't look right I requested a refund and will not repurchase.

Hello there, Our pumps are an airless system which may take a few pumps to activate the serum. Our product consistency is meant to be thick and appears a bit darker in color which is completely normal. Though when dispensed is does appear much lighter. I hope you have the opportunity to try it out!
