I first tried this pan at my sister-in-law's house. I loved it so much I asked for my own for Christmas. The ceramic coating is truly non-stick and holds up to heavy usage. Good weight and a lid that fits perfectly. I finally have a nonstick pan that won't have to get tossed after a year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a little 8" Zwilling Clad CFX from a friend of mine who bought 2 and loved how durable and easy to clean it is. So, when a sale came around near Thanksgiving I decided to gift myself with this larger sauté pan. It has replaced the Teflon coated pan that I have been using for years despite the signs of wear it was showing. I will be excited to replicate some dishes that I have been making using old Corning bakewear in this pan inside of the oven. I have been very happy with stovetop recipes I've been making like hash browns and eggs and another favorite of spaghetti in tomato/meat sauce. It's so easy to clean!
