Here at Philz, we roast our own coffees at our roasting plant in Oakland, California. We specialize in customized blends that range from two to as many as seven different beans from around the world, all delicately crafted over the last 25 years.
We also offer single origin coffees and seasonal blends. Every blend is individually roasted with care and sent immediately to packaging to keep the quality as fresh as possible.
Seven years in the making and the first blend created by Phil himself, the Tesora is the quintessential Philz blend. If it is your first time visiting Philz coffee, we highly recommend you order our Tesora blend. Tesora, A grand representation of our coffee and the way coffee should taste!

    Very very expensive coffee...

    Crazy expensive for that you get. I’d get this sometimes as a pricey treat but the price recently went up again and it’s just not worth it anymore… this bag will make you about 8 pour overs. That’s over $2 a cup…

    Too mild for a medium roast

    It’s very smooth but the flavor doesn’t stand up to milk. I wonder if this is better as a drip coffee instead of espresso. It’s still delicious but I would try a different blend next time.

    Access to SF coffee

    I used to go to Philz for this coffee when in San Francisco every few years . I live in Minnesota.Thanks to Target the coffee easily ships to me . The Tesora blend is good for making mochas.That's what Philz does.This costs 50% more than Trader Joe's Espresso blend, but the flavor is worth it.

    Love that Philz is Available at Target
