Q: how do I spread the branches?

  • A: Hello, and thank you for reaching out with your question. This palm may ship condensed in transit, fluffing of the branches may be required to reach your desired look. The palm branches can be shaped by lightly bending them so that they curve outward from the base to give a natural, fuller look.

It’s a nice enough plant but looks nothing like the picture. Does not come with as many leaves shown and it is very hard to arrange . Wouldn’t purchase again.
