submitted byLB - 7 months agoA: I would absolutely avoid using this product, much less putting it on your face at all. I submitted a review for this lotion with some pics from the start of the rash..I can’t update my submission to show you how much worse it got; but let me tell you this rash got worse and worse for several days. It cost over $300 in medical bills and a month later I still have some of the rash and severe scars from the reaction it caused. If you search online or on tik tok lots of people are allergic to it for some reason. Scary.

I have been using this vanilla cashmere EOS for over a year. It’s the best lotion I’ve ever used, and smells amazing. But today I opened a new bottle from Target and pumped some on my hands. But the consistency was different, it definitely wasn’t EOS vanilla cashmere lotion inside the bottle. Whatever is in there is more like runny dish soap or watered down hand lotion. And it didn’t smell like vanilla at all. So I’m not sure what happened, maybe someone used it and filled the bottle with something else to return it? Thankfully Target allowed me to return it and replaced it. Just worries me what I put on my hands before I noticed the difference…so I washed my hands several times.

I've bought 3 bottles of this lotion over the span of a year. the lotion itself is moisturizing. the bottle has given me so many issues. the pump refuses to dispense lotion consistently despite the bottle still being half full. there's no way to get the excess lotion out, which is wasteful unless you want to cut the bottle open (I'm not doing that). construct a different bottle.

This lotion is a staple in my after shower skincare routine. I love the creaminess and the smell. The only annoyance I have is that the pump/nozzle never works! Literally every new bottle has issues. The quality of product itself is amazing but the packaging needs serious improvement.
