Really wish I did not purchase this fountain. I've put it together properly and ground us 100 percent level. Once you screw on the additional tiers it's very unlevel and the water does not flow out correctly. The pump is in a terrible placement with no access door. Good luck cleaning it or trying to adjust the flow. You have to drain all water and take it apart to access it. Very very unhappy with this fountain.

I install it amd filled it with water due to wind it fell and broke I will not recommend this producer

LOVE this chandelier! It is one of my favorite parts of our new family room. The little lights give off a lot of light and because it was installed on a dimmer, it also looks amazing at a more dim level. Works perfect! (Not sure why the pictures are downloading sideways...)

Sorry but after looking at wonderful reviews, I purchased this fountain. Beautiful for 2 days until the material of the 2nd tier started to sink into itself! Clearly defective!

Arrived with broken box and missing parts . Disappointed

The water falls very smooth and relaxing, i tend to turn it on whenever i have visitors a home

Nice fountain but in a little over 6 months the paint is chipping all over the place. I can't match the paint to even come close to that color as it is a mixture of colors. Going to have to take the whole thing apart and paint it myself and it won't look as nice because I really like that color. Also another downfall about it is that the lights go constant so you have to replace them. You should be able to turn lights off during the day I would think

So far the fountain has been great the only issue when putting together after I was done was the pump was on but It was not pumping water through the fountain and I can hear the pump running it was the extra piece of hose that was making a kink when I put it back together so I had to take that extra link of hose out so that there would be no kink in the hose. One person can do it if you have no trouble once you put water in and you need to adjust the hose or the pump you will definitely need a second person to help. But overall wasn’t a bad install quite easy

I like the fountain. My only criticism involves the difficulty connecting the rubber hose to the pump. The rubber hose crimped so I used another hose which was stiffer. I suggest that the manufacturer go back to the drawing board and at least devise a way to easily connect the hose to the pump.

Fabulous fountain! Good strong water pump delivery and the height makes it a constant waterfall effect! Looks great near my front porch. The lights could be eliminated since they remain on all the time. Also, I didn't give it 5 stars because of the poor instructions and the placement of the pump motor.

Looks fantastic and I’m hopeful it will stay that way. Treated it with UV clear coat before starting it. I am disappointed in the pump, it’s turned all the way up but doesn’t flow anything like the video, maybe half of that. Maybe it’s just my pump? That’s the only complaint, otherwise it looks and sounds amazing.
