Q: this light pulled up when i searched for outdoor hanging light fixtures, but i dont see anything in the description about being for outdoors. Is it an outdoor light as well?

Highly recommend upon install you add a dimmer switch with this fixture. Unless you enjoy staring at the sun! This is an extremely bright light. It has been very well received by friends with many compliments about the design.
