Not simple and not sturdy
Had to measure where to drill on the legs and use a leveler. There were no pre marked indicators or pre drilled holes. Over all looks nice but doesn't feel very sturdy to me.

Poor assembly instructions.
The assembly instructions do not go step by step. The feet of the headboard are screwed to the back side of the headboard. They have to be removed and then screwed into the correct place, which was a struggle because there were no pre drilled holes or indicators on where EXACTLY it needed to be screwed. The bed looks nice but it’s cheap pressed wood.

Beautiful bed but LED lights are a little wonky
Very beautiful bed. It's been a long since we've purchased a brand new bed so this we are very happy with it. The style is great and unique. We love the LED lights. However, when we have them on and when we use the TV remote control, it makes the lights go crazy. They start flashing and turning colors. Disappointing but it's whatever. Not that big of a deal. Just a hassle to turn the LED remote off and back on.

Horrible assembly! Ashley makes you believe they will assemble but then just gets dumped on my porch! I paid for assembly and they only will do the dresser. No predrilled holes! Worst experience ever

I only wanted this headboard because in the pictures the it lights up purple. To my dismay the headboard only lights up red, blue and white.

Love the lights and different settings , but the headboard is NOT sturdy . Seems very flimsy , but other than that I love the storage drawers at the bottom, and the lights
