The SKLZ Recoil 360 Dynamic Resistance Assistance Trainer helps athletes build speed, strength and power. Create more explosive movements as you build tension in the ultra-durable, sheathed flex cord. With an 8-22ft. span and a unique free motion ring around the belt, you can train in any direction. Resistance and assistance training is key to maximizing power, speed and vertical jump. The SKLZ Recoil 360 trains athletes in every direction, with or without a partner. Run drills with your coach, teammates, or solo as you prove your dedication to your sport. Find more leg drive and jumping power as you train with up to 50 lbs. of resistance. Designed for solo use or for training with a partner, use resistance and over speed training to maximize your physical power and muscular strength. Fun and durable resistance trainer

Great for Athletes
I'm a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in work with Division I Tennis athletes. We do a good deal of on-court, tennis-specific speed & movement. The Recoil 360 is perfect because it allows the perfect amount of resistance, while also allowing the athlete to move in multiple directions throughout the drill, racquet in hand. I'd definitely recommend this product for athletes of all sports.

Change on the partner end, quality seems lacking
Just bought one of these, and they changed the partner end. It now just loops, there is no partner strap. Going to have to purchase a carabiner so the son can train alone. Disappointed that such a change would be made. I would spend a bit more money and get one that is built better.

Great product idea but not durable
Bought this a while back used it for 4 or 5 times. Son really likes it brought it back out to condition for football used it 5 minutes and bungee inside disconnected so apparently not very durable not sure if I should spend more money on something better or just use a sheet around his waist like the old days. LOL

Great for coaches and trainers
I really enjoy the recoil 360 because it helps give the resistance needed to help kids feel how much they need to drive for certain sports and to get stronger in specific movements for a variety of sports.

Tremendous training tool!
I've been using this with college baseball players with great results! We've been using it for resisted and assisted training. Our guys responded very well to it's inclusion in our training regimen and have noted marked improvement in their first steps and lateral quickness. We're hooked!

I've had mine for over a year and have been letting everyone i knew literally, use it. The cord itself got detached from the inside and i'd like to buy a new one but it's been out of stock for a while!! Are you going to make some more or what?
