This is our go to for my daughter’s tangles, she has fine smooth hair that tangles easily. We have been using this on her since she was 1 and it’s always been gently enough with its clean ingredients. Love that it has castor seed oil in it. The smell is AMAZING too! Such summer beach vibes. It has never made our hair oily or greasy.

Has a chemical smell. Last time I purchased, it did smell like banana-coconut which we liked, so I was expecting the same again this time and was very disappointed. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I’m not sure I’d try it again.

Made toddler scalp super dry!!!! Almost looks like it's cracking. Very soapy but at least it smells good. It feels almost like shampoo and not a leave in conditioner. I do like the bottle though

Not a fan. It works to detangle on application but doesn’t prevent tangles afterwards or soften hair. It’s also sticky and leaves a residue which clumps up and flakes. I’ll stick to the Suave kids detangler.

I'm not sure how this got so many positive reviews. The product left a horrible coating on my hair and made it harder to comb through. It also was so sticky! I had to wash my floor, my arms, and my hair (again). Returning ASAP!

It works great. It detanglers hair very well and doesn't leave a film or residue behind. However, it smells like Kohls. It doesn't smell like banana or coconut. It oddly enough smells exactly like Kohls. That very distinctive overly perfumed old people clothes department store smell that hits you as soon as you walk in Kohls. I don't want my hair to smell like a department store. Other than the very terrible smell, it is a good product but I can't get past the bad smell.
