It's designed for only one person seating at a time. The armchair is roomy and has a premium solid teak construction and finished with a light brown stain. This product will add comfort and beauty to the deck, patio, and yard. Some light assembly is required but I can pretty much guarantee that if you know how to put together products from IKEA, then this item is a walk in the park. I think this product will outlast most other chairs only because it looks to be made from quality wood. I also like the overall design of the chair and it looks pretty sturdy. I mean, this product will not tip you over and it will definitely keep your posture up. I think the only aesthetic issue I have with this product is that the item is definitely a little too simple looking but I didn't deduct any points or stars only because the product is well-made. This chair works to my overall satisfaction and I think you will enjoy it as well. Just keep in mind to use Semco or teak oil to protect the overall finish. The wood on mine was just a little dry so applying some teak oil or Semco will protect it in the long run. This product gets two thumbs up from me and I want to thank the manufacturer for creating such a great product for consumers to share in the outside atmosphere!

This solid teak chair was easy to assemble and looks great. Just a note though - the seat is pretty narrow. Also, the wood was super dry, so it soaked up teak oil.
