I bought two puzzles and both had several pieces missing. I contacted Wuundentoy several times but to no avail. I will never purchase a Wuundentoy puzzle or merchandise again. Thank you to Target who refunded me for both purchases!!

I received this puzzle last night. Upon opening the box (which itself is beautiful) I looked at the pieces in the plastic bag. They are very light weight, almost paper weight. I never opened the bag and requested a refund. This is the 10th puzzle I purchased this year and I will never buy this brand again. I have Ravensburger, Springbok and just recently completed a wooden 1000 piece puzzle. Stick with a major brand if you want to purchase a puzzle.
