    Horrible

    We've order this tree previously and they are now completely different. The quality is unacceptable. The sticks and pinecones fall off. When contacting customer service only reps once was "you will have a 15% restock fee". The tree base is no longer wood. It faux wrapped in a plastic. Very unhappy with my purchases.
