A: Hi - sure, you can use a dimmer with this design. If you plan on using an LED bulb just make sure the LED is dimmable and that your wall dimmer switch is LED compatible. Thank you for the question.

A: Hi - this is a hardwired wall sconce that is operated from a wall switch. There is no on-off switch on the sconce itself, it is operated from a wall switch. Thank you for the question.
