Description

These FLEXboot Flat Cat6 Ethernet Patch Cables are designed for high density environments where space is a premium. They feature 30AWG pure bare copper conductors contained within a thin, flat jacket, which reduces congestion, resists tangling, and is more easily routed through cable management raceways. These high performance stranded UTP cables have been tested to deliver 550MHz of bandwidth. The plug retaining clip is protected by a thinner cable boot that is easier to depress, making it faster and easier to make changes to cable connections. The 100 percent pure bare copper conductors, as opposed to copper clad aluminum (CCA), are fully compliant with UL Code 444 and National Electrical Code (NEC) TIA-568-C.2 fire and safety standards for network device connections.

    Good cables, but really hard to engage the prong with my fingers

    The cables seem really well made. But the prong protector is so stiff that I find it nearly impossible to compress the prong if I need to remove the cables from a network switch that's recessed in a rack.

    Worth It!

    I was having trouble keeping a steady connection to my PS5 with my old cable, the connection kept on being interrupted but once I got this it's been smooth. No problems or disconnecting since I've switched.

    Very convenient

    I love this flat cable for the amount of space it doesn't take! I use it in my shop to connect to my plotter which is on wheels. The cable lies flat on the floor and is completely unobtrusive. Time will tell how long it will survive this abuse but it's been a solid 6 months without incident so far :-)
