Q: Is this the same thing as marinara? I bought this but was sent marinara.

A: Pomodoro is close to marinara, it is more of a tomato flavor while mariana has more herbs and is a chunkier pasta sauce. They can be used interchangably.

Horrible

I am surprised so many people like it, this was the worst pasta sauce I've ever had. I love the truff hot sauce and truff salt, but this was inedible, I almost wonder if I somehow got a bad batch or something.

I love the marinara, it's one of my favorite pasta sauces. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because those lids are so hard to open you have to break a literal sweat to get them open. I kid you not, I just used two hand-held spreader/clamps to get my fresh jar open. But hey, that sause is worth the elbow grease.
