This Company Gets a NO From, Because...
An upsetting recall from this company. As much as I never like to leave negative reviews, Iwill not purchase from this company again. Upsetting since it was a family owned/ US business. (I figured it was safer being US-based.) Recalls due to possible rodent parts says a lot about the cleanliness of a company; to me/ my feelings are this extends to all of their food products. We had used some of this company's products in the past, so this is a disappointment.

Tastes like brown rice.
I was excited to see this basmati rice was both gluten free and vegan, but if you’re used to buying basmati rice, the flavor does not taste at all like basmati. I’ve tried making it with multiple options, but the flavor is off and tastes more like a regular brown rice. I bought two packages, so I’ll definitely use it for dishes needing a brown rice flavor, but if you’re looking for the basmati rice flavor, this is not the one.

We use it all the time, great on salads and as a base for roasted veggies. We like to drizzle with a little home made teriyaki sauce…. Delicious summer dinners!

Love this rice!
I use rice a lot to cook, and want a high quality rice. This rice is always yummy and not loading in arsenic like so many others. It's worth paying a little extra, for your health is worth it.

Makes Fluffy Rice - Fragrant
My local store where I usually buy brown basmati rice was out of stock, so I ordered this rice. It cooked up fluffier and lighter than the store brand. I rinse the rice. I add 1 cup rice to 2 cups water. I start with cold water and medium low heat until done. No rice cooker needed!

I used to think all brown rice was the same. Was out of the Lundberg California basmati rice so picked up some brown rice at my local supermarket. I learned that rices are different. Wound up throwing out the rice , and I NEVER waste food. I will only buy Lundberg rice from now on. If I run out before I can reorder I guess I will eat potatoes!

Great rice!
Delicious flavor and simple to make. Preparation could not be easier following the fool-proof instruction and it always comes out perfect. (try adding virgin coconut oil at start of cooking, imparts a really nice flavor) Package as an ingenious velcro closure!

Rich Nutty Flavor
It's hard to go back to regular long grain brown rice after tasting this rich nutty flavored aromatic rice. The texture is perfectly chewy and not very sticky. I combine this with some wild rice to give it more visual appeal.
