I absolutely love this one. I have sensitive skin some of the time, and while my eyes are closed, this does work to remove all makeup, including eye makeup, however, I do recommend keeping them well closed until washed off fully. It tones the texture of my facial skin leaving it clear, smooth, and with the look of reduced pores. I love the simplicity of it, the feel of the gentle lather, and there's virtually no scent. A little goes a long way and this smaller size will be great for travel AND last a long time!

Effective and gentle -- but hard to rinse
I find this removes makeup effectively (even with setting spray). It is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. However, it's very hard to rinse off and seems to leave behind a slick residue unless I double cleanse. I will not be repurchasing, as I do not care for the residue.

Does NOT compare to the Red Clay Deep Cleanser
I purchased this item thinking it would compare to the discontinued red clay deep cleanser and was sadly disappointed. The red cleanser improved my skin so much, this has done nothing. Will not make this the new cleanser in my routine.

I wear a full face daily and this removes all my makeup I dont need to use makeup remover alongside it!! I can also use this to shave my face too. It's completely multifunctional and removed all my make in just one wash!! It's so hydrating and non stripping too. I love first aid beauty so much whenever I use another brand I break out quickly

Great wash, Bad design
Love this face wash. It’s the only one I’ll use. No scent, cleans well, and washed off completely without leaving any residue behind. That said, the pump is awful. Just getting it to the “open position” is a chore (and sometimes actually breaks) and there is almost a delayed reaction when pumping the product causing you to pump out more than you need. The value for the ounces you get is great, but not worth the frustration of broken pumps and wasted product.

All-time favorite cleanser
This is my all-time favorite cleanser. It definitely gets my face cleaner than other brands, such as Cerave. It leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny because a little goes a long way. I will re-purchase every time.

Does not remove makeup
I used a makeup removing balm prior to using this face cleanser and I STILL had makeup on my face. This hardly cleaned the balm residue off my face either. I guess it's TOO gentle for me

A great product for painful acne
I got a free sample size of this product and didn’t think anything of it and left it in the shower. I broke out on my chin with big deep painful acne and small whiteheads and decided to use it instead of my normal cleanser. Use let’s it for 3 days am &pm and cleared my skin up with just fresh healed acne spots. I never thought to change my cleanser that I have used religiously but seeing how fast it cleared my acne, definitely will be switching and that makes me sad but I want clear skin more than using what I am used to.

Outstanding
I have mild to moderate rosacea and this cleanser has really helped to even out my tone, brighten my skin and truly clean but leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized at the same time. I've only been using this for two weeks but I think this really might be my holy grail. I'll keep buying this!

DO NOT GET NEAR YOUR EYES. Horribly burned my eyes!!!!! It says use on all areas of the face. There is nothing that says DO NOT GET NEAR EYES.

Excellent Cleanser for Many Skin Types
This is an all around great facial cleanser, especially if you like foam. Bother my son and I use it - I have dry skin and he has oily acne prone skin. It works well for both of our sensitive skin types. I love that it's fragrance free. Highly recommend!
