Think twice
I purchased this item for 25% off and when I received it the mirror was defective. I contacted customer service and they reordered it for me and honored the sale price. The second order arrived and the vanity drawer and knob are broken. I again contacted customer service and was told they will not honor the 25% off price because it was a one time exception to order it the second time so now they want me to pay more to receive the same item hopefully not broken. Since this item is only available online there is no way to see it and make sure it isn’t broken before buying it. I’m very disappointed with target.com customer service and will think twice before ordering items only available online again.

Poorly made
The electrical workings beneath the poorly designed drawer are exposed and are dangerous. The lights are a hideous fluorescent, cool-white that is only bright for the first half hour the vanity light mirror is on. It dims as quickly as the whimsy in my child's eyes. All The accessories fell apart on Christmas morning as well. Did I mention the button broke to turn on the light? I thought I would throw the thing away, instead it's in my cupboard stacked with pasta. I didn't have the heart to throw it away simply because it was so expensive. I spent $40 on this during Christmas and right now it's $60, and I'm in shock. Don't buy this. Absolutely do not accept this level of quality from this company anymore.

After reading all the past reviews, I believe after you reported your problems the company finally took your complaints to heart and remedied the problems. I purchased within Target store only because it was on clearance. The vanity was packaged in tough plastic and it hard foam on each side to prevent sliding. The sticker was attached on the outside of the package. The button to turn on the light worked and the lights stood on. It sounds like I am one of the lucky ones to have bumped into such a deal for such a cute vanity. Very happy/satisfied customer.

Knob missing
Super irritated. This is a gift for my daughter. Target employee loaded the box in car and it looked a bit flimsy. I asked him about the item and if anything was broken, he said no. It looks like a return! Come on target! You Can do better! The vanity arrived opened (see pictures) it looks like someone retuned it and target resold it. When I opened the shipping box, vanity popped out. Try on battery cable came broken too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 9 year old daughter because she loves to play dress up and I thought if she had her own vanity it would be more fun. She loves it. The light really work and it's a nice size, she can put her stuff in the little drawer and everything. It made from good heavy wood and seems to be pretty sturdy. Overall, very nice.

I wanted to love it!
I thought this was a perfect gift for my little girl. I love FAO toys! But the bulb was broken and i couldnt return it because she immediately wanted to play with it. And now the knob is coming off 😢
