Used /Defective item

I am very disappointed with Target’s customer service. I received a defective item with visible damage, scratches, and holes. I contacted Target multiple times and was only told to return it, but no real help or solution was provided. The item was too heavy to bring to the store, and a UPS pickup was arranged. However, UPS refused the pickup because the original box was damaged and discarded when the item was opened. Since then, I have not been able to get proper assistance, and I cannot even send a message through Target’s system. I feel completely ignored despite this being an issue caused by a defective product. I expected better support and accountability from Target.

Easy to assemble. Beautiful design.

This is two night stands. I was able to easily assemble both by myself. Instructions were clear to understand and all parts were clearly labeled. They are not super heavy but sturdy enough I don’t feel like they could be easily pushed over. They really make my bed feel complete and room feel finished. Would buy again!
