Never buy anything else

It delivers its claim and solved a bandwidth problem with 4K. It's also more flexible than the over-built (i.e. cost-raising) brands, which helps when running it through tight spaces and around corners, and also doesn't put so much strain on the connection.

Not good for my use case

It was probably fine for other purposes, but I was hoping to use it to connect my Lumix GH5 with an Atomos Ninja V to record 10-bit 4K60P footage. Given its reported bandwidth I thought it would work. But it didn't and I was left with only the option to buy an $80 Atomos cable. Returned this one.

8K cable

Nicely made cable. It's a bit stiff and doesn't flex well. I like that it's prominently marked "8K" to differentiate it from other mostly identical cables.
