Helped clear up my back acne! :)
I tried this product since I’m prone to acne on my back. I use this body wash in combination with a net sponge to clean my back, and it’s seemingly working! I get almost zero acne on my back. Heads up: this body wash does NOT lather and it is fragrance free. I mix it with another body wash (one that lathers & has a scent) to get that “clean” feeling. Perhaps this diminishes its effect, but it seems to work just fine (as I said, my back acne has cleared up). But if you’re looking for an acne body wash that lathers, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Great moisturizing acne treatment
This is the only moisturizing acne body wash I’ve found! If you’re looking for a body wash that lathers, this isn’t it. This is still a powerful exfoliator, but it “lathers” like Cetaphil’s facial cleanser for dry skin. I use it as the last step in my shower, after washing with regular soap, and let it sit for a minute. My back isn’t dried out and the breakouts have stopped!

Really gentle on my skin!
This body wash is really gentle on my skin and it’s helped keep the spots under control. I felt my skin was very smooth and clean. No irritation or allergies at all. I love to try new body washes to see how my skin will react to them, and this one was very good.

This acne relief body wash from Cetaphil is the top choice recommended by doctors. My teenage son has been using it for about four months, and his back is now clear of body acne. The gentle formula effectively eliminates existing breakouts and helps prevent new ones from forming. It cleanses the skin while soothing and hydrating it. The body wash can be used daily, and while it doesn't have a strong fragrance, it has a scent that reminds me of medication. I would definitely recommend it, it's a great value product.

Good option for dry, acne prone skin
This body wash has been really nice for my skin! I like it because my skin is quite dry but still very acne prone, especially from sweating in the summer. I use it after I exfoliate with my Korean spa towel + regular body soap. I apply it & leave it on for at least a few minutes while I wash my face & shave. Then I rinse it off & it leaves my skin very soft and noticeably more hydrated. It has cut down my body acne quite a bit! I think using it 3x a week & in conjunction with spraying 10% glycolic acid after I dry off, has been helping limit the amount I break out from the weather.

Disgusting smell
If I could give this zero stars I would. The scent is terrible, like vomit. The texture is like lotion and doesn’t lather like soap. I got so grossed from this that I thought someone returned it and replaced it with something else, but after reading the reviews, I’m not alone. Not worth the purchase.

Disappointing
The scent is very strong and unappealing to both me and my partner. It does not lather and is more like a lotion. This is not what I expect from something marketed as a body wash. It does not leave me with a clean feeling. As for the quality, I cannot say. A product only helps with acne when used regularly, and for the aforementioned reasons, I could not do so. After a few days, I tossed it. There are other, much better salycilic acid body washes available.
