A: Yes, it most certainly will, especially when new and handled for the first few times. Moreover, once tree is used for multiple seasons, the flocking powder will shed less.

A: Hi Amspin, I am happy to assist you on your question regarding the Snow Flocked Christmas Tree. Although the flocking is not toxic, fake Christmas trees are made of PVC and metal and most flocking is made from cellulose, PVC and cellulose shouldn't be consumed in any way. This would include birds landing on the tree and inhaling / licking the flocking tree itself. It would be safe that no animals or children are near the tree and avoid ingesting the material of it. I bought this after Christmas last year while it was marked down and I wish I wouldn't have that way I could return it. It is the cheapest, ugliest looking tree, it's that really cheap plastic green underneath with some fake snow that's not going to last at all! I am so mad that I bought this and I'm now stuck with it I'm probably going to use my broken tree because it's ugly. And it's made a huge mess already getting it out of the box. It wasn't worth $100 and I paid that price on clearance.

I was so excited to get this Christmas tree because I've always wanted a flocked tree. When I opened the box, there was so much of the "snow" loosely in the box. It was extremely messy putting it together. I'm hoping that over time, the snow will stop coming off. Despite it being so messy, it is a beautiful tree.

This tree is exactly what I was looking for! I got the 7.5ft and it is the perfect height for my 9ft ceiling. It was very easy to put up, each piece came labeled so you know exactly how to put it together. Yes it is messy since it is flocked, but was very easy to vacuum right up once I was done fluffing the tree. It looks absolutely amazing! Shipping was so fast. I ordered on a Saturday and it was delivered to my house by Monday.

We went back and forth about keeping this or returning it. We decided to keep it because I don’t think you can get a better tree for what we paid. However, the flocking comes off very easily and putting the tree together or decorating it creates quite the mess. Also, the “pines” under the flocking look so fake. With the flocking the tree looks realistic (except for the fact it is covered in snow inside lol) but the spots with no flocking are bright green, loose plastic strips. The size is good and the tree is easy put together and the stand is sturdy.
