  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. This is not a pop-up gazebo. It requires assembly by attaching each part individually, and disassembly involves taking each part down one by one as well.

    Excellent Quality at an affordable price

    Customer services so helpfull made my decision so much easier.My wife and I will enjoy entertaining our friends and relatives now in our garden with this Gazebo in "pride of place" on the lawn.

    Looks great.

    Looks lovely once assembled. Took two of us 3 hours to assemble but quite straight forward. Put fairy lights inside and looks lovely in the evening in the hot tub.

    Great Gazebo for the Cost

    I would have given it a 5 stars review, but I expected the gazebo to be bigger than 10x10. My old one had rusted away, so this is really nice for the price. They delivered my gazebo quickly and I do appreciate their service. A note though; maybe you can educate your customer service reps to have information regarding the merchandise.

    Great value for the $$

    Easiest gazebo I have ever assembled. Two people can do it, but as the instructions suggest, three is best.The lighter color of the roof allows much more light than my previous gazebo.

    Changed my mind on this - 4 stars now

    I suspect the damaged metal was due to shippers and not the seller. I installed this even though it was damaged and everyone thinks its perfect in function. Its hard to zip closed but it keeps out the bugs at night. Looks great and stands up to high winds. I screwed it to the deck.
