    Opportunity for economical product improvements are not allowed

    While I have used this product for neck pain relief for many years I remain disatisfied with the manner in which this product is marketed. While the main pillow frame will wear out over time it is actually the individual foam inserts that wear out more fequently forcing the complete purchase of another pillow with all the inserts. I view this as very wasteful by the supplier and manufacturer. Repeat customers know which level of insert support they need and want and so the other inserts being sold as a "kit" are not used and are discarded. A better economical solution is allowing a repeat customer to order only the exact level of firmness of the insert without having to reorder the complete pillow again which is logically more expensive and wastes land fill space! Please reconsider how you are marketing this product!

    Foraminal Spondylosis

    I use this pillow to prevent my old injury neck pain. It works great if I use the firmest insert tube and get a minimum of 6 hours of continuous sleep! I use between 2 and 3 of this specific cervical pillow per year. Simple solution to an old injury!

    Perfect support with firmness options

    I have used a core products pillow every night for 10 yrs. That pillow is still going strong. My husband finally wanted one, so we ordered 2 as I wanted a backup. I love these pillows so much for their head and next support that I take mine with me when travelling as hotel pillows generally suck.

    Repeat customer

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor gave me a dual Core pillow several years ago, and it was time to replace the pillow. I like the new pillow which has the feature of swapping out the level of support on each side. Really helps with the pain from a herniated disk.

    Pain free sleep

    Nothing like the original

    I have purchased double core cervical pillows for many years, as the ONLY pillow that fits my needs. I have cut some down to fit in carry-on luggage, as I couldn't sleep a single night without it. My Core Products pillows have been around the US, to Mexico, and Ireland. So why a one star review? The entire pillow has been re-engineered. You now have four options that you can pop in and out. They are just not even close to the quality of the original. They seem to shift around and just don't have the same support. I gave it a good four months of use, trying to be optimistic, and had luckily saved my old original pillow which I am now using. No idea what I will do next, but this pillow just isn't working like the original. Why did you mess with perfection?

    Essential for a good night sleep

    I have problems with my neck. After years of looking for a good supporting pillow, my chiropractor recommended the dual core pillow. After years of using it and since discontinued, I now use this one. Without them I wake up with horrible headaches. Definitely a must have pillow if you are in need of cervical support when you sleep!

    Not anything like the double core

    I have bought the double core, not the double core select, for many years and loved it. But now it's discontinued. The double core select does not encase the lobes well, so they flatten out. I cannot use it.
