Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

    Low quality velcro

    I was so happy to find these as there aren’t a lot of similar products available. They were very comfortable, soft fabric, and cute prints but the Velcro did not last long. After a couple washes, the velcro would come unfastened with even slight movement. For the price I would expect much more longevity.

    Perfect for surgery recovery

    My 3 year old daughter recently had surgery for hip dysplasia and is currently in a spica cast for 12 weeks. She’s potty trained and did not want to wear a large diaper over the cast in addition to having to wear a smaller diaper inside of the cast. I’m so glad I found these because they are perfect! They hold the small diaper in place but also look like regular underwear. For reference, I purchased the girls XL to ensure they would fit over the cast.

    These cat and jack adaptable girls underwear are perfect for children that may have special needs like feeding tubes, ports or a dexcom on them. Allows to velcro on and off or just slide on and off. Very soft.

    These briefs look to be a good fit for my daughter, but I didn't realize they had velcro, so I'm returning them. The designs are cute, and the material is soft though. They seem to be well made. They have good coverage.

    The pattern is cute and the sizing is accurate, but my daughter was irritated with the velcro openings. It would be perfect for an older child who sometimes has accidents maybe. They can be removed very easily.
