Q: These arrived and the back cushion is literaly so thin it is like just two pieces of fabric. How do you get it to look like the picture or poof up?

Not worth it

These are hideous and look aged. They are not the off-white looking color but instead look like they have yellowed over time. I ordered 5 sets and was informed that 3 were coming from one place and 2 were coming from another. Instead, 4 came first from one place and then 1 set came from another. The 4th set in the first shipment was mis-shapen and still has not gained it's intended shape, even after being out of the packaging for over a week. I suspect these have been sitting around in warehouses for a long time, therefore the "sale" price. I do not recommend purchasing these and they are definitely not worth it, not even on sale/discount.

Ok, but not great

For the price, I thought the material would be a bit higher quality. It doesn't repel water well and isn't as sturdy of a fabric as I picture when I think of outdoor cushions. The back cushion is also pretty thin/not very full. Will probably recover them next year and maybe stuff the back.
