Great product; pump not so much.
Started using Golf Bond Renewal Whipped Shea Butter. Loved it. When it was no longer available, tried this cocoa butter glow lotion. Again, love the product but have to ask, “Would you consider packaging it in a jar?” Without compromising the thickness of the cream. Would make it so much easier to apply since the pump clogs.

Love the lotion, the pump does not work
I love the gold bond products. I’ve been using the cocoa butter glow for the past month and I really like it. Unfortunately, with many of these products, the pump does not work, which makes it very difficult to get the lotion out of the container.

Possible Reaction to Product
I have always loved Gold Bond products. I bought this when I ran out of the Eczema Relief that I used for my sensitive skin. I loved how my skin stayed so smooth for the whole day. Since I trusted the other products I’ve used, I didn’t think twice about buying this or check the ingredients. Unfortunately, there is something in this that I think seriously triggered my skin with serious itching as this is the only thing that changed over the month. Please keep this in mind if you have any sensitivity to fragrances and the like. I’m so disappointed because I really liked the way it initially felt on my skin.

You can do better!
I have always used Gold Bond products, however now that I am 75 years old, I cannot use this as the pump is useless, too hard to depress.Put it in a jar so older people can just scoop it out! I will not be buying it again

Too Thick to Pump
Worst product packaging ever. It is too thick to pump out. It’s like concrete. I tried holding the container under hot water and everything. And there is no way to actually send an email to anybody connected to the lotion who should be aware of the issue. Very disappointed. It’s frustrating that more and more companies just do not want to deal with customers.

Gold Bond Changed the Formula
Gold Bond, why did you ruin this lotion? It used to be so good (one of the best on the market) and now it’s terrible. It’s a watery mess that doesn’t absorb into the skin and definitely doesn’t moisturize or hydrate. It doesn’t have the shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter smell anymore. Just awful! This was my go to lotion for years, but I will never buy this lotion or another product from Gold Bond again. Yikes! If anyone is reading this and thinking about buying this lotion, please don’t. Mmmm

Goop on packaging
I love this product and size, however when you buy online they ship it with tons of tape on it and it is hard to get off. Once you get it off the bottle is very sticky from the tape. The goop does not come off! Who wants to use a sticky lotion bottle?

Great lotion
I love this lotion! It is great on my skin, gives me a nice glow and immediately gets rid of "alligator skin". It is very thick and creamy. My only complaint is that when you get towards the bottom of the bottle it's impossible to pump out. I always end up taking the top off and digging the lotion out. Please make a better pump system for the lotion. Or maybe put a different top on and make it a squeeze bottle.

Itch Relief Lotion
Wonderful itch relieving lotion! Have tried many lotions and creams with no success. This one is a winner. After major foot surgery, my skin was dry, flaking and I was continually scratching especially my legs. This lotion calmed and soothed my skin; dryness and itchy has gone away. I have been buying the radiance renewal for years now. In multiple forms. The new bottle I bought today is not only a new look, but is without a doubt a new formula. I still have some of an old bottle to compare it to. The new formula is slightly lighter in color and thickness. I’m sure it’s a fine enough lotion now, but I don’t appreciate the lack of transparency. I use these as my “heavy duty” lotions.
