Terrible

I wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have too. Received product only to find it does NOT glow. Not only it did not glow but packaging also did NOT match the same photo description on Toynk site. To top it off, customer service doesn’t exist over the phone. Email only. An Excuse to give half service. Service is going to down the tubes. Still waiting for refund.
