Q: Is it programmable or does it come with a remote?

A: There is no switch on this cord. The only way to turn it off and on is to plug it into the wall, which is not really very convenient. I would be happy to pay extra for a remote on off switch or timer of some sort.

This is the most horrific item i’ve ever ordered. If i put this outside my HOA would fine me… it’s also way too flimsy to even be placed outside. It looks like a badly done diy project. Who approved this??? This wouldn’t even work for halloween. It’s giving white duct tape and sharpie.
