Bedspread sheds worse than a pet!!

I have had this since end of November. We noticed red fuzz everywhere. I dusted everywhere and figured once it was washed it would stop shedding. The washer and dryer were full of fuzz; and it is still shedding. Don't waste your money!!

What has happened to bedding? Don't rely on the photo.

This bedspread is a lovely color (we got the blue) and is indeed thin as others have stated. It drapes nicely and doesn't particularly wrinkle. It might be fine in warm weather, but is no warmer than a second sheet. But the sizing... We have a Cal King, which is narrower and longer than a regular King. The King bedspread will NOT reach the floor as shown in the photos-not even close. This spread is just wide enough to cover the sides of the top mattress and about halway down the box spings. So if you have a single mattress on a platform or a bed frame that obscures the box spring, this could be tucked in. And our mattress is 4" >narrower< than a regular King. Don't be fooled by the photo.

Thin as a sheet.

It is as thin as a sheet! I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't over $100 for the King size I bought. This is a textured thin sheet. It looks real good in my room but it won't add any warmth. I thought it might be flat like a quilt because of the price. So bummed.

It's yellow

I wanted a chenille bedspread. In yellow. Well, it is yellow. The bedspread is so thin I can see the light blue flowers from the sheet underneath. I don't know how it got such high ratings. I based my purchase on the ratings.
