Improve your customer service

One of them was broken upon arrival and instead of replacing the broken one, they want me to ship them all back for a refund. Just replace the broken one and keep the money. I hate how they don't package something properly and I'm expected to do all the work to make it right. What happened to customer service!

Great glasses and customer service

Love these martini glasses because they are the large size and they feel more durable than most glasses. I don't worry about them breaking in the dishwasher. Customer service is excellent
