Description

IYN String Light Pole Stands with Mounting Plates can be permanently and securely mounted by screwing or bolting to decks or wedge anchoring to concrete patios. The 5" x 5" mounting plate is welded to the pole and provides a sleek, professional look to your install. The heavy-duty powder-coated poles are 9'6" tall when assembled and allow you to hang G40 bistro string lights in spans up to 30' between poles.     Sturdy solution for concrete slab patio

    I needed something sturdy living in flat Illinois where the wind always blows. After consulting with a IYN specialist, I decided to go with anchoring in the concrete slab. I'm amazed how sturdy it is. I bought plastic planters, cut a hole in the center and slid down over the poles to add decor. Very pleased with how it turned out. Only suggestion is when you drill the holes, don't just mark and drill. Have a second person hold the plate in place by standing on it and drill while they hold in place. Otherwise the drill will move ever so slightly and then the three holes are not centered when putting in the anchor wedges.

    Perfect string light solution!

    Poles are sturdy and have clips at the top to hold the light strings, very handy. Well worth the cost!

    Easy Installation.
